Robert, the valient elf.

"Not bad."

date: November 3, 2004

Link....Er, I mean ROBERT moved too slowly to my likings, and the fact that you couldn't go diagonal didn't help that either. You need more enemies, and also more colour. I don't have anything against the style, though a background, some obstacles and a character with a face wouldn't hurt either.
It was pretty addictive, though, and if there were more enemies(also more enemies on one screen) I probably would have liked this more.

policeman vs. leprechaun

"Very nicely done."

date: November 3, 2004

The graphics were plain and simple, but the animation was smooth and great.
Could use some sound effects, though.
The humour was pretty good too, all very random stuff, and I like that.
Keep it up!

In Cold Blood

"Too short."

submission: In Cold Blood

The drawings were kind of bad, and looked much too simple. I'm not sure if you've noticed, but there's also a white bar above the screen where your name comes up. I've also noticed that you didn't really draw any characters, excluding the outlines on the part with the shotgun.
It could also use a storyline, maybe you should make a prequel.
I liked the fact that you could skip through the text with the arrows, though, I like that in Flash movies. Too bad there were only two or three text-balloons.

The pumpkinator

"Not bad."

submission: The pumpkinator

Well, the game itself wasn't all bad, and pretty addictive, too. You should add gunshot sounds, though, and different music on different levels. The opponents should make sounds when they're killed, and maybe when they're walking towards you aswell.
The drawings were fairly nice, though I suggest improving on them a bit.
Also, have more than two enemies on each level. I only played until level two, because it got so boring shooting the same enemies all over again. More weapons wouldn't hurt either. I don't know if there was a final boss, but if there isn't, I suggest making one for a sequel.
And the jumping was kind of useless, too.

Massive attack (demo)

"Addictive!"

date: October 31, 2004

It doesn't start out as slow as the other games, and that's definitely a plus. It's also much harder to become 'invincible' like in the other games.
My wrist seriously hurts now, though, because you had to click a lot faster.
I hope there'll be a save feature in further versions, though, and a shop between levels.
I hope the full version will be out soon!

Tubby's Big Adventure

"Great game."

date: October 30, 2004

At first it was kind of difficult, but I quickly got the hang of it. The water level was the hardest, I think. Only downside was that in the final battle, you sometimes can't jump through two platforms, so you have to go around, wasting precious time. Tubby should also get some weapons, or should be able to jump on the enemies to kill them, too. On the other hand, that would make the game kind of easy. The ending was awesome, though. And I loved Tubby's quotes when he grabbed some food. 'Obey your thirst!'
Overall, great game, and I hope to see a sequel.

Thanks man !
I think we'll make a sequel once,
but first we're gonna take a well-deserved break, after developing this game the last 2 months... Expect to hear from it !

Final Fantasy Imperial3

"Pretty good."

date: October 26, 2004

The first part was a tad boring, though, but after that it was pretty nice. You should use more animation though, especially in the backgrounds, as they didn't seem to move at all. The water, for example, should ripple in the wind, and I'm pretty sure it did in the games, so you should be able to use the sprites.
The story itself was so-so, nothing I haven't seen before, but not bad at all. You should, however, make the characters different, instead of just three soldiers(and another guy).
The music wasn't bad either, and I'm not expecting voice acting from a movie like this, so it was pretty good there too.

Overall, nice movie, hope the sequel comes out soon.

Another Day Six

"As always, awesome."

submission: Another Day Six

I've always liked the squiggly effect. Though I prefer your other movies, this one was great too, and it had a nice, if not a bit predictable twist at the end. I didn't really like the music, though, but it fit in fairly nicely.

Walk-Smash-Walk

"Catchy."

submission: Walk-Smash-Walk

Why this didn't get an award is beyond me. The graphics were fairly simple, though still good, and the synching was nearly perfect. The song was incredibly catchy, and the movie itself fit in really well. I really hope you'll make more music videos.

Sonic: Uncut 3

"Meh, I didn't like it all that much."

submission: Sonic: Uncut 3

I mean, the graphics were great, the sound quality was nice, and the length was large enough, and that alone gets you a 7, but the humor wasn't that good. Sure, there were several nice bits, but some parts were just plain boring. The animation of the cars could be a lot better too. It's not a particularly bad movie, I just think it doesn't really deserve front page.
